group meditation

Every Wednesday 6:30pm MT online

Meditate together as a group from wherever you are, have your questions answered about technique what’s happening inside out outside of mediation as our practice continues. Group Med is the best way to stay regular with your practice, connect with other meditators, and re-inspire your practice if you’ve fallen off.

ROUNDING CLUB

Often referred to as "industrial-strength meditation," a Round is a powerful technique that combines Vedic asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and Vedic Meditation to access deeper states of rest and release deeper rooted stress beyond what meditation alone can reach. This practice enhances the transformative power of meditation, serving as a gentle yet profoundly effective tool to accelerate your personal evolution.

Private Consultations

Private consultations are an opportunity to receive personalized guidance through the Vedic worldview—an elegant reframing of life’s friction points. Whether you’re feeling stuck in relationships, work, self-worth, or emotional patterns, this session offers a practical, compassionate lens to help you see things differently. Exploring the Veda is a six-part course series designed for Vedic Meditators who want to go deeper—not just in their practice, but in their understanding of life itself. Over a series of three-day weekend sessions, we’ll unpack the laws of nature that quietly guide personal and collective evolution. This isn’t about theory—it’s about discovering how nature supports us in becoming more grounded, expansive, creative, and fulfilled. This timeless Vedic knowledge is shared in a way that feels totally accessible and incredibly relevant. You’ll gain practical tools to help you live in greater flow with the world around you, and insight into the subtle layers of consciousness that you’re already touching in meditation.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:
